How can I tell if my appendix has ruptured?

I have a ruptured appendix and the appendicitis pain is even worse and I feel like I am screwing around in my abdomen.Then the pain disappears and I am relieved but the pain still spreads to my lower abdomen and is more tolerable. I decided it was IBS or food poisoning and decided to wait. I feel very lucky because if I had left it for a few more days, it would have been in critical condition. When the doctor operated on me, I was told that since I am an adult, the infection was contained in my abdomen. The muscles in the area prevent it from spreading, but children may have a cecal hernia because they have not yet formed these muscles. there is a possibility of getting there. If the pain is so bad that you can’t walk properly, go to the hospital and don’t risk it.
